Experience includes nearly two decades of Information Technology systems, software-development, and management experience in the telecom, dot-com, and e-commerce industries. Recently partnered with long-time BPO team-leader & automation guru Nicole Ocean to form the "BPO Automation Group", which we're developing to function as a service bureau and industry advocate for BPO & REO professionals.

Primary goal is to develop The BPO Automation Group into a technology advocate for BPO & REO professionals nationwide, and to better facilitate their interactions with both MLS & BPO Providers through enhanced IT infrastructure.

Here are some of my current focus areas in developing BPO Automation Software:

1. BPO AutoAccept Software: Currently supporting the AutoAccepter 2 product which captures several million dollars in annual BPO order revenue for our clients, and working to develop the AutoAccepter 3 with additional features, greater stability, etc. (in our product catalog).

2. BPO AutoFill Software: Currently supporting BPO Suite & Suite Pro clients, and developing add-on solutions for complex form completion tasks. Our first major 'add-on' is the Fannie Mae MultiForm SFR BPO, which is a complete replacement for the popular MultiForm application for completing FNMA BPOs.

3. Appraisal AutoAccept Software:  Currently supporting the A3 autoaccepter, and working on development of a future release with additional integrated features.

4, Systems Integration: Developing methods for better integrating BPO automation software with MLS & BPO provider systems using various programming & scripting languages. Additionally working to virtualize MLS export data to allow the rapid deployment of new client macros across a variety of MLS platform interfaces.

5. Training & Education: Recently deployed BPO Companies List and Appraisal Management Companies sites to assist agents and appraisers with the registration process as well as provide much-needed public information about these national valuations providers.
