Are You Signed Up with the Right BPO and REO Companies?

Not every BPO or REO company out there is worth taking the time to sign up with to become a BPO or REO agent for them.

It always baffles me when I read people's blog postings or talk to people over the phone and they mention that they have signed up with between 50-100 different BPO and REO companies hoping to get work from. My philosophy on this is that what really matters is 'Quality, not Quantity!'

The BPO Automation Group has been tracking close to 30 BPO and REO companies in the last 6 months. We have found out some very top secret info on this very topic. We have been able to crack which companies have the most broadcast orders available, the exact cities where most of the volume of orders is concentrated, what time of day orders drop and so much more. All of this information is available in our AutoAccepter 2 software as a free service called our 'Usage Stats.'

As a free bit of advice, here is a short breakdown of info that we have available in the month of August. Keep in mind that these are stats that we have put together based on our internal tracking and monitoring system.

Top BPO Company with the Most Broadcast Orders

Proteck with over 2,800 orders dropped nationwide in the month of August

Top REO Company with the Most Broadcast Orders:

Altisource (Ocwen) with over 800 orders dropped nationwide in the month of August.

Top State with the Most Auto-Accepted BPO Assignments

California

Top City with the Most Auto-Accepted BPO Assignments

San Bernardino

Top Time When Orders Are Dropped in August

I think you are getting the picture here. We offer a free 14 day trial of our AutoAccepter 2 software. To get qualified go to: http://www.bpo-automation.com/autoaccepter.html

I hope this gives you some 'food for thought.' Don't waste anymore time just signing up with another BPO or REO company, do your research. Take advantage of our 'Usage Stats.'

Warmly,

Nicole Ocean

Do You Really Know Who You Are Doing Business With? Why Does It Matter?

Many people encounter having to 'do their research' when wanting to give away their hard earned money to a company or business. Do you? I hope so!

After going through a very painful process where we had a competitor infringe on our copyright material we tried to find out basic information about the company so that we could serve them with a 'cease and desist letter.'

I spent countless hours trying to find out basic information such as:

1. The companies name (that you can track back to the Dept of Licensing in the state that they have their business).

2. The owner's name, background info and history

3. A phone number where I could speak to a real person or leave a message and receive a phone call back within a day or two.

4. A real mailing address

5. Lastly, are they actually active in the business or are they just trying to make a quick buck and lack actual inside knowledge and expertise.

I couldn't find anything about them. This got me thinking about how important it is that people know who they are really doing business with.

A few tell-tale signs of a legitimate company are:

1. Their contact info being listed on their website in plain site.

2. Information about the owners and people involved in the business with background info and history.

3. A phone number where you can speak to a live person. Or one that you receive a call back from if needing to leave a message.

4. A mailing address in case you want to mail in your payment or contact them by mail.

5. People representing the company with real world experience in the field in which the product focuses on.

6. A clear and reasonable refund policy that you don't have to hunt and scour the website to find.

BPO Automation Group offers all of these signs and lots more. We encourage everyone to 'do their research' when deciding between businesses offering similar products. After researching we hope that you see that we are the industry standard in BPO automation software.

We'd love to do business with you! If you are in the BPO and REO business and are looking to automate your business come check out our website to learn how we can make a real difference in your daily business activities. Go to: www.bpo-automation.com

BPO Automation Software: "It's Addictive"

It's addictive," says Dawn Penrod, "Once you try BPO Automation you'll be hooked." Dawn's a top-producing REO agent in Houston, Texas, and she's talking about form-completion software from the BPO Automation Group. Her video testimonial is compelling, and she's only one of the thousands of agents using our software who rave about the time savings and increased accuracy that are letting them focus on their REO listings rather than simply filling out forms.

Our software gets used, day in and day out, by agents who want to spend less time filling out BPO forms and more time growing their business - and with new features like Fannie Mae Direct automation and order-tracking by BPO Genius, it's only getting better.

It started with a vision by State-certified real-estate trainer Nicole Ocean, who saw how much time was being wasted by agents filling in online forms and set out to build the absolute best product money could buy to automate that process. Over a year later, we've become the leader in moving data from your MLS to BPO forms faster & more accurately than you ever could have imagined.

You pick the comps, and in seconds, our software fills out even the most complex BPO forms with unparalleled accuracy for over 50 top national BPO Companies. For details, visit us online at http://www.bpo-automation.com - it's one investment you won't be disappointed with.

AutoAccepter 2.0 passes $3.75 million in broadcast BPO orders captured

The AutoAccepter 2.0 software application from BPO Automation has just passed the $3.75 million dollar mark in captured orders for 2010 - putting it far ahead of anticipated schedule and prompting BPO Automation to undertake the development of new order-capture tracking technologies for agents currently using the application.

The AutoAccepter 2.0 is available as a free trial-download for 2-weeks, and works as a virtual assistant to periodically check BPO accounts for orders and accept them when available. Originally launched in response to demand for a tool to allow agents to stay mobile while still accepting broadcast BPO orders, the AutoAccepter 2.0 has garnered considerable praise in the online community for allowing agents to grow their BPO business by accepting orders they would otherwise be unable to accept.

The BPO Automation Group will be launching a major patch-release for the AutoAccepter 2.0 on Monday, August 20th, which will address installation-related issues that have affected the tool for a small percentage of trial users. This patch is expected to be the last release of any change for the tool until BPOA completes work on order-verification technology currently in development.

BPO Automation credits the AutoAccepter 2.0 with helping restore the reputation of automated BPO order-acceptance by providing a consistent, fair platform available to all agents that provides a "level playing field" for agents to capture broadcast orders. The firm has also deployed the widely-used BPO Companies List with additional data-points to help agents know which BPO companies are available for automated order-acceptance.

BPOA Unveils Free, Updated BPO Companies List

The BPO Automation Group has unveiled a comprehensive new list of BPO companies with detailed company information designed to lower the bar on agent registration with top national BPO companies.

The BPO Companies List is a detailed collection of BPO company links, ratings, and data provided free of charge for all agents to use in the BPO company registration process. Formerly available only as a paid resource through various online entrepeneurs, the BPO Automation Group seeks to commoditize this data by providing it to all agents free of charge through a series of specialty list sites:

The BPO Companies at http://www.bpo-companies.com is a collection of links to 220+ top national BPO companies, along with ratings & company data.

The REO Companies List is a collection of 170+ providers that offer agents REO listings along with paid BPO's.

The Appraisal Management Companies List is a collection of 130+ national appraisal management providers to assist with AMC registration for appraisal professionals.

These collected lists are intended to facilitate registration for agents without having to pay fees for the use of publicly available data. The BPO Automation Group seeks to promote these as widely as possible to ensure that agents have free, equal access to register with BPO companies.
