BPO Automation Launches Members Site

The BPO Automation Group today unveiled the BPOA Members Site - an exclusive online portal that empowers BPOA clients with product & licensing information, AutoAccepter 2capture-statistics, and a slew of reporting features designed to give individual REO agents greater access to industry resources.

The Members Site, initially designed as a product-training portal for BPO Automation software products, evolved during the design and testing process into a one-stop-shop for monitoring, managing, and reporting on the mission-critical tools provided by BPOA to a nationwide body of clients.

One of the more innovative features in the Members Site is real-time individual reporting for autoaccepter capture-statistics, which allow agents to compare the BPO order-capture performance of their AutoAccepter 2 application to others using national, state, city and company-level data already provided within the application itself.

While the initial release of the Members Site was launched with many features to assist BPOA client reporting, the company has already announced future planned enhancements for the site, including integration with the companies popular BPO Companies List, which will allow agents to more easily register with national  BPO providers as well as track usernames & passwords in a secure, discreet location.

The BPO Automation Members Site is a free service of the BPO Automation Group, included with all products for past, present, and future customers. The BPO Automation Suite Pro is a new BPO form-automation product that features a library of over 200 web-forms plus add-on replacements for the Fannie Mae SFR MultiForm BPO and integrated order-management at a new lower price.
